Private taxi or street taxi?
A street taxi in Istanbul is metered, picks up whoever waves first and is often hard to find at rush hour or in the rain. A private taxi is booked before you need it, so the car is already there and the price is already agreed. ITB Transfer is a licensed transfer company (TÜRSAB licence 12556), not a taxi rank.
